Wether a user journey map or a service design blueprint the goal is to understand and document a holistic experience so all parties can see how decisions made in one area can effect experiences in another.
Getting ideas out of conversations and into a form that people can react to is an important step to take as quickly as possible. Wether whiteboard or clickable prototype or live code prototypes will always get you better feedback than a talking alone.
Once a product is launched is when it becomes alive. This is when we truly get to refine through A/B Testing and optimizing critical user flows. The blend of Analytics, Strategy, and UX is where we can truly add value.
Understanding audience segments and through testing finding opportunities for targeting content can greatly increase conversions, reduce bounces, and present more relevant content.
