To design truly customer centric solutions you must haven an understanding of not just the customer, but also all the things happening behind the scenes to service that customer. This holistic approach to design is where I get the most excited.
I have run workshops coaching in design thinking practices and am excited how methodologies can promote new creative workflows within an organization. This is a great place where process and creativity can come together.
Working in Digital many of the interactions we focus on are through web, apps, and mobile devices. In the past few years I have begun to explore more into IoT and voice interactions opening up a lot of exciting opportunities for interaction design.
